Spherical plain bearings can be made of chrome steel or stainless steel materials, they can be re-lubricating type or self-lubricating type with Teflon liner. They can withstand radial load, axial load or a combined load that acts on both radial and axial directions simultaneously. Therefore, they have larger load capacity and impact resistance.
